A few new developments are underway in the New Orleans area, two in particular worth noting.
The World Trade Center in #NOLA is currently under construction at the foot of Canal Street, making way for the Four Seasons hotel and private residences.
According to New Orleans CityBusiness, The Four Seasons will be partnering with New Orleans chefs Donald Link and Alon Shaya’s to add a new restaurant opening in October on the 5th floor. Link runs many successful New Orleans restaurants like Herbsaint, Cochon, Cochon Butcher, Peche Seafood Grill, La Boulangerie, Gianna Restaurant, and his private event facility, Calcasieu.
The Four Seasons will be making history with their penthouses selling at 10 million or above. This is twice the value of any condominium sale recorded in NOLA.
The second notable development of the 2021 Condominium market is 1100 Annunciation street in the Warehouse District, which is will be adding 13 stories with each unit having a full panoramic view of the City of New Orleans.
