Property Visits
Our facility management team performs weekly general grounds and building inspection and follows up on any needed maintenance or problems. Alternative weekly inspections focus on safety issues and all inspection reports are tracked in our project management software, customized for Certain Management.

We supervise all third-party contracted services, including monthly supervisor inspection meetings with all third-party senior representatives. Providing you with a clean and secure facility so occupants can enjoy the amenities.
Maintenance Scheduling
We perform maintenance on the buildings and grounds according to standard practice or as directed by the Board and follow up to ensure completion. We use recurring schedules to account for regular and extraordinary maintenance and repairs. Preventative maintenance programs are implemented, maintained and documented.
