Owners can easily submit maintenance requests through our online portal for swift action.

How do I get started with Certain Property Management?

We’ll schedule a consultation to discuss your property management needs, review our services, and provide a customized proposal tailored to your property. How often will I receive updates about my property?

We believe in transparent and regular communication with our clients. You’ll receive monthly financial statements and property reports, as well as immediate updates on any significant developments. Our online client portal also allows you to access information about your property 24/7.

What fees do you charge?

Our fees are competitive and transparent, based on the specific services you require. During our initial consultation, we’ll provide a detailed breakdown of our fee structure. Our focus is on delivering value and ensuring your investment grows under our management.

How do I pay fees?
