Emergency Response
Maintains a 24-hour emergency response service to protect the property and safety of the occupants.
Adherence to Rules and Regulations
Working together we abide by the Association’s governing documents, its Condominium Declaration, By-Laws, Amendments, Rules & Regulations and any other current or future legally adopted governing document for your Association.
Employment of Personnel
We are responsible for hiring, paying, and supervising all personnel that will be required to maintain and operate the Property on behalf of the Association and in accordance with the budget, job standards, and wage rates previously approved by the Association.
Meetings and Notices
Attendance at all board meetings per year plus annual homeowner meeting are part of our management service.
Relations with Owners
Taking a proactive approach to keep everyone informed and a separate communications department to ensure transparency. We’ll respond to owner requests, maintenance or service requests and record all action taken.
Files & Records
We maintain current financial, maintenance, and administrative records in an orderly fashion so that it is readily accessible by authorized association representatives.
Ownership Meeting Notices
We’ll prepare and distribute meeting notices and agendas as directed by the board president, also assisting with procedure at such meetings.
